Terms and Conditions
These Terms constitute the agreement between the User and the Site Administration concerning use of the Site and its services and supersede all previous agreements between the User and the Site Administration.
1. General Rights and Duties.
1.1. The Site Administration Duties:
1.1.1. The Site Administration ensures operation and serviceability of the Site and undertakes to restore its serviceability promptly in case of technical failures and interruptions. The Site Administration does not bear liability for temporary failures and interruptions in the Site operation and resultant losses of information. The Site Administration does not bear liability for any damage to the computer of the User or any third party, mobile devices, any other equipment or software caused by or connected with the download of materials from the Site or via the links available on the Site.
1.1.2. The Site Administration provides the User with informational support regarding the activation of purchased items and payment procedure. The Site Administration does not provide the User with technical support regarding games.
1.1.3. The Site Administration ensures that we strictly comply with all regulations and standards for the protection of the Users’ personal data by preventing unauthorized processing of data and accidental loss, deletion or any other form of damage.
1.2. The Site Administration Rights:
1.2.1. To change or update the current version of the Terms without preliminary notification of the User. All changes will be published on this page. The User must look through this page regularly to get acquainted with the current version of the Terms. The latest version of the Terms supersedes and replaces all prior agreements and correspondence between the User and the Site Administration.
1.2.2. To send information on the development of the Site and its services to the User as well as to advertise its own activity and services.The User allows the Site to send them promotional materials via the e-mail they provided voluntarily on the Site.
1.2.3. To use the User's feedback on the Site at their's sole discretion.
1.2.4. The Site Administration is not responsible for any inconsistencies between information on the Site and information on Steam.
1.2.5. The Site Administration is not obliged to replace the games that were removed from Steam for some reasons.
1.3. The User's Duties:
1.3.1. To get acquainted with the current Terms version and other information relating to the sales terms. The User must check the current Terms version regularly.
1.4. The User's Rights:
1.4.1. To order and get goods via Site Services.
1.4.2. To demand refund (excluding third parties' commissions) in case the goods was not delivered.
1.4.3. To leave a feedback after purchase. Hateful or inflammatory comments are not allowed.
2. Complaints Procedure
2.1. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where stated otherwise.
2.2. If the User has got a complaint they should let us know about it and we will try to put the problem right as quickly as possible. Complaints are accepted during one day since the moment of the purchase of a definite goods by the User. On the expiry of one day since the moment of the purchase of a definite goods by the User complaints are not accepted.
2.3. The User should use our contact information (online form or e-mail) to tell us their concerns. Documents or photographs may be attached. The Site Administration will usually investigate the complaint and reply to the User within a working day. If the issue is very complicated it may take longer. We will inform the User if we need more time to investigate and respond.
3. Banning
The User is prohibited from:
3.1. loading, storing, publishing, disseminating, making available or otherwise using any information which:
3.1.1. contains threats, discredits, insults, defiles honor, dignity or business reputation or violates the privacy of other Users or third parties;
3.1.2. is vulgar or obscene, contains pornographic images and texts or sexual scenes with the participation of minors;
3.1.3. is of fraudulent nature
3.2. carrying out the mass mailing of messages without the Site Users’ consent;
3.3. using software and taking actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Site and its services;
3.4. accessing (attempting to access) any Services otherwise than via the interface provided by the Site Administration, unless such actions are expressly permitted for the User in accordance with a separate agreement with the Site Administration;
3.5. reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, dealing in and reselling the Services for any purposes, unless such actions are expressly permitted for the User in accordance with a separate agreement with the Site Administration;
3.6. posting commercial and political advertisements outside the special Site sections as determined by the Site Administration
4. Privacy Policy
4.1. Data entered on the Site are not made available to third parties unless consent of the User has been expressed and only within the scope permitted by law.
4.2. The database and IT system, in which it is stored, is subject to special protection through technical and organizational measures which should be fulfilled by devices and systems used for the processing of personal Data.
4.3. The Site uses cookies. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are basically computer data, especially text files, that are stored in the terminal device of a Site User and are intended for the use of the Site web pages of steamground.com. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which the files originally came from, time of storage at the terminal device and a unique number.
5. Closing Provisions
5.1. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with Russian legislation. Those issues which are not settled by these Terms are subject to Russian legislation.
5.2. In case any disputes or differences arise in connection with the fulfillment of these Terms, the User and the Site Administration will make every effort to resolve these by negotiations. Those disputes which are not resolved by negotiations are to be resolved according to the procedure established by effective Russian legislation.
5.3. These Terms are made in Russian and may be provided to the User for familiarization in another language. In case of discrepancies between the Russian and the foreign language versions of the Terms, the Russian language version will prevail.
5.4. These Terms become binding upon the User from the time of his/her accession and are valid during an indefinite period.
5.5. In case the User disagrees with these Terms or their updates, the User must give up using the Site with a due notice to the Site Administration.
